"The Orange Lady", is a print collection inspired by the fluid yet sensory work of sketchbook artist, Isabella Cotier, who uses day to day discoveries and transforms a subject into an extravagant narrative. This body of work is heavily intuitive, colorful, and bold. The character I created, The Orange Lady, is a fictional socialite, who enjoys being isolated in her luxurious home filled with all her trinkets and cats. Occasionally, with Covid restrictions, she throws drunk sleepovers with her friends.
